Journaling

My passion for journaling is rooted in my passion for finding my focus, clarity and intention.

My Journaling Offerings take the form of guided sessions, personalised journals and some special events.

WEEKLY JOURNALING SESSIONS

Hosted via Zoom I hold an open-for-all free-to-join 30minute guided journal each week. Usually in the morning they are designed to help clear your mind and start your day with clarity and intention in mind. Connect with me on Instagram for sign-up details and dates/times. IG: @lornamann_

40 DAYS OF JOURNALING

This programme has been designed to encourage you to embrace journaling as a habit. You’ll receive a daily email with a theme and five prompts each day to consider whenever you are called to put pen to paper. The prompts are designed to be a starting point, let your practise be whatever you need it to be each day. £20 to register, email for details of next intake.

PERSONALISED JOURNALS

The Reference Book: I have developed the “40 Days of Journaling” into a reference book, there to help guide you whenever you need a prompt or a theme to help with your journaling practise. It’s designed for anyone and everyone to benefit from it. The content is gentle, accessible and simple but powerful. Printed to order, £20 plus postage. Email Lorna@LornaMann.com to order.

The Handwritten Journal: Sometimes you need a prompt to guide you, sometimes you need a blank page to free write. Inspired by my own practise I have created a personalised journal that satisfies both needs. For £15 you’ll get 30 pages of prompts and at least 30 blank pages to continue your practise. A personal, motivational introduction will be included in this simple but effective offering that is the perfect gift for the self starter, beginner or someone in need of a little guidance.

There are three options available: General Journaling, Body Appreciation and Kindness. Each journal prompt is hand written with a hand painted cover by me. These are truly personal, simple and an effective way to begin or cement a journal practise.

SELF GUIDED JOURNALING PACKAGES

If you like the idea of journaling but need a guide to get you started enquire about my starter prompts. I have a number of formats available that can help you with intention setting, reflective work and goal setting.

COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY

Utilising 20 year plus publicity experience I am offering a strategy service to help businesses and individuals communicate effectively.

This might include building or consulting on a pr strategy for a certain project, a year long/year round plan, crisis management or building a personal brand.

I am here to ensure you have a clear strategy that you feel confident delivering.

I can work with you on one-off projects or on a retained/consultancy basis.

Coaching + Mentoring

Coaching people one on one makes me feel like I’m living into my purpose and making my values come alive. Coaching for me is a must for anyone and everyone so that they can find their passion, their purpose and their voice, whatever it is they want to work on.

You can work with me in the following ways:

MENTORING

Consider this an invitation to have 6 months of accountability, connection and support. I will ask you to reflect, to be present and to think forwards over the time we work together.

I’ll support your career goals, I’ll listen to you and together we’ll work out what your next move looks like.

My mentoring programme requires a 6 month commitment. In this time we’ll work one on one. You’ll have one or two 60 minute calls a month depending on the price plan you opt for, access to me via email or what’s app for quick fire updates/questions/ideas and access to my weekly journaling sessions.

I have created a sliding-scale price plan to make this service accessible for anyone: If you are a student, if you are at the beginning of your career, if you are looking for guidance as to how to grow or if you are a business owner or CEO, we can work together. I feel very passionate that cost should never prohibit an opportunity to reach your full potential.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

30, 60 or 90 minutes sessions are offered either as one off sessions or in blocks. They are suitable for anyone hoping to discover a goal or focus, or if you have something in mind that you want to talk through. A package can booked dependent on your needs and time frame.

30 minute sessions are offered for clients who want either a focused conversation or a quicker sounding board to keep them on track. Knowing you’ve committed to the session can help keep you on track, as the session can simply be a checklist of what you’ve achieved and where you’re blocked (and we can then pivot the time to talk through how to unblock) or it can be a super focused conversation on something specific, making sure you actually achieve what you set out to when you set your goals.

I price my sessions as follows:

30minute sessions x £50 per session

60min sessions x £100 per session

90mins sessions x £150 per session.

A 12 WEEK PLAN

So much can change in three months so start now, and see how much you can grow!

Committing to a 12 week plan will allow someone to plan and achieve a personal, business or career focused goal or two either for themselves, their team or their business and allow them to really see their potential and reach the goals they set.  

This plan comes with a need for a 12 week commitment and is priced as a “buy 10 weeks get 12 weeks” pricing option based on the pricing for sessions quoted above.

SELF LED SESSIONS

A Coaching Session is made up of a series of powerful questions. To give you a taster of what a session might include I have created a 30minute self led session delivered by email to help you work on a specific goal. Priced at £50.

APPRAISAL REVAMP

Getting employees and teams excited about setting goals is often hard, especially with a review process that doesn’t fit the nature of the team dynamic or business. If you are interested in re-vamping your appraisal formats to encourage greater enthusiasm, engagement and accountability all it takes is a consultation call or meeting. After that I’ll deliver a package that you and your leaders can use for your review process that feels more authentic and less “one format fits all”. Priced at £150.

My workshop formats were created based on my coaching training and providing topics that both my clients and I wanted to explore and work on.

I can develop any kind of workshop to cater to any need and any size group. A taster of what I can deliver is below.

Making your goals come alive Whether you have big dreams to reach for, professional progression to make or personal plans to put into action this workshop will look at how to make goals come alive. You’ll be guided into acknowledging your goals, discovering your "why", breaking them down and creating a plan to make them a reality. This workshop is suitable for anyone working with existing goals, or for someone who wants to set some new ones.

Silencing your inner critic. Self-doubt often silences you from seeing your achievements as a product of your own hard work, knowledge and talent. It can make you feel like the work you’re putting in is constantly not good enough or that you don't have the necessary tools to succeed. This is a workshop designed to look at what you're feeling and why. It will help you acknowledge your strengths, work on weaknesses and help silence any feelings of imposter syndrome that may come up in anything that you do. It will guide you to recognise feelings and facts as separate entities and look at how you respond to criticism, praise and challenge.

Connecting to our “Why”. How often do you set yourself a goal, work towards it and forget why you started? No matter where you are in your goal-setting journey this workshop is designed with reflection and action in equal measure. You’ll be invited to acknowledge why you started, where you are now and how you’d like to feel at the end of whatever adventure you’re on. Whether you’ve got an existing goal you’d like to work with, or if you need some inspiration or motivation to start something new (or start something again!), this workshop will connect you with your why.

Who Am I? Whether we’re aware of them or not, we all have personal values, characteristics and behaviours that motivate and guide our every move. With each and every goal or intention we set for ourselves they are sprung from these values we hold true.  This workshop is designed to encourage reflection and to discover who you.

What’s holding you back? This journaling workshop has been designed to discover potential obstacles that might be holding you back from achieving your goals no matter how big or small they are. It also highlights the impact that self talk can have on your path to success. Suitable for anyone working with existing goals, or for anyone who wants to set some new ones.

Reframing Success. Whether it’s a set of new year’s resolutions made, a plan set at a milestone such as a birthday or life event, or simply some end-of-week pondering or making start-of-week to-do lists, we’ve all set some goals and intentions for ourselves at some point. These will look different as time passes and this workshop is designed to look at what success looks like then, now and in the future and how to adapt to your evolution of success and be kind on yourself as your goals, priorities and experiences change.

What Do You Wish You Had Time For? There are 168 hours in a week yet time seems to fly past us with so many tasks not started, so many things “still to do”. This workshop will audit the time commitments you have in a week and evaluate how you want to spend the time that’s open. There will also be time for longer-term goal setting and how to work that into your more immediate schedule.

TEAM (RE) BUILDING

Using my workshop formats as a base I have developed 60 and 90 minute sessions to bring teams closer together. Designed with an aim to discover a renewed sense of self personally and within the team, everyone will be taken through a series of simple but effective tasks to outline goals, potential resistances and obstacles, and end with a plan to achieve those goals as an individual and as a group.
